Child Sexual Abuse Treatment

I have recently begun to work with a 12 year old boy who was sexually abused at age 5 (forced into sexual play with other young children by much older children). He has suffered multiple losses, including the death of his primary caretaker (grandmother) mother (AIDS) and father (AIDS). He lives with his very patriarical uncle, aunt, and 5 year old female cousin. He was caught "humping" his cousin and is brought into treatment. The family is concerned for safty, never leaves the children alone unsupervised and doesn't trust this boy to be honest with them about anything. Does anyone have any opinions about me, a young female, working with this young boy? Any suggestions on what to work on first?
