I work as a Behavior Mang. Tech. within a school setting .I have 7 fifth and sixth grade girls that are dealing with sexual abuse issues amoung many other issues as you can understand I hope. Most of these young girls have some form of outside counseling.These girls are considered emotionally distured. My job is to use behavioral programs to adressed their outburst dial them back into a student thinking framework and send them back to class.School is a place where learning is the focus. all steps are made to return the child to the classroom after their conduct disorder has been arrested.
QUESTION: If I could hire an expert that understood the needs of the teacher to teach and the need of behavioral intervention and how these two could work together who would that be?
Question: Any ideas?
