This is a complicated situation, because the trick is to get someone who is expert and experienced in this area who isn't sex-negative and who won't tell these kids that the abuse has ruined their lives.
I would contact any of the following:
* SIECUS in NY (212/819-9770), asking for a referral;
* Carol Marks, a therapist in the San Francisco area, 408/736-5093;
* Noel Larson, a therapist in Minneapolis, 612/642-9317.
At least one of these sources will have exactly what you need.
