Re:organizational skills

I have read your answer to me and I disagree with some of your advice.
Consulting should be a two-way street. Why should I have to change my logic and listen to their ideas. I have done this in the past and there is only one way and that is their way.
The word consult should be that two parties consult one another ideas.

I am an easy-going person and I do listen to people.
The world today is changing. Some People do not have the respect or caring about people.

I see a picture and it is that people have to have their way and this is very unfair.

It is frustration but I can handle this.
