    Lidia,

I read your notes and exchange with Dave. There are many approaches to work place problems addressed by OD. Some work and many do not work. How one motivates a team to get working is a very difficult undertaking. I am sure you have tried many approaches and I assume you know yourself and know the know yourself approach suggested by Dave.

I wish I had a simple answer for you that would work or at the least assist you in getting others motivated. For me to respond with any suggestions -- I would need to know what you have tried and the degree of success of those efforts? Also, important details would be what is the size of the groups you work with and what has been their history especially related to their work in the company you are focusing on? One other factor would help also -- how to they show lack of motivation? Given all this maybe we can put our heads together and come up with strategies.
