Dave,

Consulting is a two-way street. Maybe people should stop and listen to one another instead of changing their mind. This is called respect.

You seem to have mental blinders on. This statement has nothing to do with me. You sound like a psychologist.
People need to get back to the basics in LIFE.
People have their mind set in stone. They are book smart but not people smart.

I am the one with and open mind. I always listen to the person. This is an important step. I am not concerned about MONEY but I am more concerned about the person.
Some consultants are like ROBOTS>

Maybe you should put on those shoes.
