I know there are many approaches to work place problems. I know what all the books say. I have trouble with the people. They just do not want to listen. People are very different than 10 years ago. The clients I have want to tell me how to do my job. They are not caring or interested in what I say. It is up to me to change their mind. I do not feel I should change what I believe in.

There are no simple answers. I find that in the job market people do not want to be movitated.

    I have tried many programs.

This is not a book issue. The issue here is how to change the attitude of clients.
