Incest Fantasies

I'm fairly new in practise and I have been approached by a couple - he has fantasies about mom/son relationships (not with his mom but the concept in general). He states that it is the 'older women' fantasy and a mother is the ultimate older women to teach a young man about sex. His wife is very upset about this and is having trouble relating to him now. I don't have a lot of practise in this area - and I would like to provide them with some insight or references to learn more about this.
