It is not easy to talk about an heterogeneous grup of people. The comunication proces online with a web cam is more complex than chating, for example. Here you got an image of the other "a body", you got a feedback, still many people wants to be annonimous and do not show his7her face to the other. But the communication is more personal.
The expirience is usualy described as "stronger" than others comunicational expiriences online.
