Is it possible no desire at all? I have a patient for nearly 2 years, and he insists that sometimes he even gets an erection, but he doesn't feel anything at all. I asked for how long he felt this way, he said there was a time when he had a little desire...but in the last 3 years, he doens't want sex at all.He said he doesn't masturbate, or have any kind of sexual contact.
He is 40 years old, and although I feel there's something missing is this story - I think he is hiding something - I ask myself: could it be true, no sexual activity of any kind???
