I wonder what the event was that precipitated her hospitalization? And her diagnosis of PTSD? Was it, supposedly, seeing her parents? Frankly, that dog don't hunt.
There are several red flags for Borderline Personality Disorder here. Also, you might want to request a psychiatric consult/med evaluation. Have you held any family sessions? Is she "truly" anorexic?
