Re: underwear thieves

Oh, shades of panty raids! These went on back in the day when I was an undergrad. Frat boys would "serenade" the ladies, who would throw tiny bits of nylon called panties out their windows. Back then, it was acceptable fun, consensual on both sides. This sounds a bit more invasive. Are they breaking into the rooms to get the panties? Or are they stealing them out of the dryer? In both instances it is stealing, and certainly the offenders need to be told in no uncertain terms that it is unacceptable, but rather than a pathology, it sounds like a throwback to the olden days, just a prank that has taken a stupid turn for the worse.
