unwanted sexual behaviors/how to treat

i have a 40 year old male client with 20 year history of using prostitutes,massage parlors,going to strip clubs.he has seen a number of therapists ,however his behaviorr continues he also has no relationship history,but wants a girlfriend.Serval therapists have told him he is a sex addict and have suggested s.a,or s.a.a. for his unwanted behaviors ..... it appears the 12-step groups are not working,any suggestions i what can we done for this client? sexual surrogate therapy has been discussed between my supervisor and me....any ideas or knowlege of would this be effective treatment,in conjunction with say a sex therapist which i am not.thanks for your help on this client
