systems of organizational classificaiton

I wonder if you can help me. I am interested in knowing the names of the people who created the two organizational classifications below.

The first classification is by purpose of the organization, not by behavior. The classifications are: production-economic, maintenance, adaptive and managerial-political.

The second classification is by organization that elicite appropriate behavior. The classifications are: coercive, utilitarian, normative.
