I am surprised you have not gotten replies to what you posted. It looks like you offer something that is of real value and has great potential. As for me, I have done some work with a large association of museum trustees. The association has a detailed Board Management Audit and Director Assessment tool which is computerized and used intranet style -- which sounds to me similar to what you offer. Is my impresssion accurate?
