I think the psychologist founded and led consulting firm -- Nordli, Wilson Associates, LLP has done work related to organizational classifications. You could inquire directly to them -- get them via www.google.com

They are a firm that has been around since the 1940s and they do first class work as well as having been on the so called cutting edge of much organizational work. James Abrams, Ph.D. is one of the general partners there. If they can not help perhaps Harry Levinson can -- he can be located through Harvard Business School or APA.
