    Fluency

    I agree with your assessment of the fluency model. As far as I know, the Daniels people have at least one successful implementation of it in an industrial setting. Delta faucet used the technology to train assembly workers with excellent results.

    There is a computer-based training application (based on Toolbook) that is designed to achieve fluency in the principles of applied behavior analysis, or what Daniels calls Performance Management. I have used it for about a year now, and have found it to very effective. I would be happy to provide more info if you desire it.
