Technical Fluency

Yes, thank you, I would be interested in additional information. My email address is: fionageiser@msn.com. Just a comment on how the fluency model could be used in a highly technical laboratory. This summer I trained a recently graduated B.S. chemist in the area of chromatography. Every two weeks, as he mastered the operation of an instrument, I gave him an additional instrument to operate. He can now simultaneously operate 5 to 6 HPLC chromatographs "fluently."
