Re:mental health education -streamlining worldwide

I have been in the mental health field for almost twelve years and I have met few psychiatrists who have basic interpersonal skills and an attitude of servitude. I have been pleading with my organization to provide more training to our medical staff. This seems to be a neglected population when it comes to training issues. LJsuccess@aol.com
