mental health education -streamlining worldwide

i wish to say after 14 years in medical education that psychiatry education on medical schools in several parts of the world is in total disarray.
graduates often lack basic skills,theoryknowledge and servitude.
especially third world psychiatry is in dangerously neglected state.
i feel frustrated when good efforts get wasted
