Re:mental health education -streamlining worldwide

glad i found you.
im in medical education for long time now.
there is a need for streamlining talents.
psychiatry is grossly corrupt in india.
some 40% of psychiatrists have axisII problem.
psychotherapy is in shambles.
student selection,gradation, promotion of servcemen and rewards are made on superficial observations-atleast in india
