Looking for Ph.D. Info/Best Program Ranking

I am a 4.00 MBA with a BS in behavioral psychology. I am currently seeking information, best school/program rankings, and career after acquiring a degree in Organizational Behavior Analysis information.

I am being recruited by one particular University and I am trying to figure out if I should wait for a differnt program or take this offer starting this August.
