there are a number about but I have used on the Bob Jolly devised that is very good. Bob wrote a small text called "Getting on with others" based on transactional analysis. Bob's Melbourne based and has a company called Management Growth Systems.

I haven't dealt with them for a number of years but I am sure that they could help.
