Mapping Organizational Behaviour

I'm a student in Sydney, Australia, undertaking a Bachelor of Business (Honours) course. As part of my research for my Thesis I am wanting to map the organizational culture of different business units within a small network organization here in Australia. Would anybody know of a readily available instrument that might be useful for this purpose?
