Respectful Workplace

I am working on a project that includes developing a plan to maintain a Respectful Workplace for ALL employees. I am interested in any resources involving management, team leading and employee ideas that would promote a positive and respectful workplace. I was some what amazed and a little disappointed to discover that the term "Respect" has not been a key word in any of the Employee/Employment Web Sites that I have been able to find.
