I am currently studying for a masters in agriculture and rural development.
I am doing a paper on critical reflection and how it can be used in experiential learning and to adjust errors in one's assumptions.
I am wondering, however, whether this is a good thing for all people to do. Can people reflect so much that they begin to doubt everything they do to the extent that it paralyses them, or increases already present anxiety disorders or depression?
Is critical reflection something everyone should do?
All thoughts would be appreciated.
