The aim of the masters is to make me a better practioner at helping people and communities to identify needs/goals and to help them identify the paths to get there (in an agricultural sense). If this requires 'learning' I am supposed to provide that 'learning' in ways appropriate to them and desired by them.
However, I am aware that some people, maybe those with a tendency to depression and/or obsessive complusive or the full blown diseases, could find this process destructive.
How do I identify that the critical reflection process is becoming negative or destructive?
