Hah! It took me a while, but I came up with one reference for you. Cited in Jehu, D., "Beyond SExual Abuse; Therapy with Women Who were childhood victims," p.4, is an article by D.E.H. Russell (1983) The Incidence and Prevalence of intrafamilial and extrafamilial sexual abuse of female children, Child Abuse and Neglect, Vol. 7 pp. 133-146. Jehu cites his assertion based on research that qualifies an exploitive sexual relationship as being between two family members when the age difference is greater than 5 years. Just one, but I am quite sure there are more to support this.
