He is anxious & she is anxious, obviously for quite differents reasons. She is an alien separated from her supportive family who were not there to help & comfort her when the child was born. She feels 'culture shock' which was exciting until she felt vulnerable. He feels that his father 'was never a father' so he is anxious to be a real father to his own children & is just 'trying too hard' to do the right thing. Relaxation therapy. Going to Yoga class together. A holiday in a quiet, natural environment.
