childhood sexual games/behaviours

Can anyone recommend resources that address childhood sexual behaviour, both "normal" and not. I seem to be coming across increasing incedents of sexualized behaviour between younger and younger children. It is sometimes difficult to determine where a behaviour should be considered severe enough to refer out of our community. (In other cases it is not difficult!) Thanks
