    Pyrophilia

    I need some resources or feedback on sexual pyrophilia. I have had a man come in and tell he has a sexual desire to burn women. He told me that I looked flammable to him and he began to rub himself. I am not scared for myself, but he is going to hurt someone. Any thoughts?
