Have you overlooked the MBTI and Firo-B?

I first assumed, and then decided not to assume, that you are familiar with those instruments that have been around for a long time such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator distributed by Consulting Psychology Press or the Firo-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation - Behavior)which is now under the name of the Human Element by Will Schutz.
