    Fitting reward

    The book 'Leadership is an Art' helped reinforce a practice I have of getting to know my people well enough to respond with appropriate rewards for a job well done. It doesn't have to be costly, but it does need to be meaningful to them. Jealous? Of there ability, your favoritism, what exactly, and how does it fit with your corporate culture/
