Our 100 yr old company (manuf /distribution) is at the cusp of a huge change. We see the value in having a champion at the OD level and are hiring for a Director of OD and T. Training would report to this position. I am looking for working models of OD AND what do you all think about this??? WHo should this position report to? What makes sense? I will include my personal email if there is an interest to help me with this.
