I was so happy to have landed at this site, however, I am disappointed to see that there is very little discussion at this point in time. Did you all lose your interest in the topic or is everyone doing so well in OD that you no longer need or lend support to others. Personally, I believe we have a tremendous opportunity to make a big difference in organizations throughout the country. OD is at the heart of true learning organizations. I have a Masters degree in Social Work, an LCSW, Family Mediator Certification, and I am a few classes away from an MBA. I am currently in an upper management role for a very large Mental Health center in Indiana. I recently submitted a proposal for the creation of a new position, you guessed it, an Organizational Development Consultant. The position was warmly received and I will be moving into this role. I will also be doing part-time consulting with my own business, Jacobs, Kellum, & Associates, LLC to organizations and individuals throughout Indiana. I will continue to visit this site in the hopes that there will be a renewed enthusiasm for the topic. I challenge you all to support one another and share your ideas. We all have a great learning opportunity here. Thanks! Lisa K. Kellum, MSW, LCSW
