You and I have communicated by email. No, Schwartz says OD is threat to the world not management. It's because OD is not a threat to management that the world is endangered by OD which is into fantasy projection (better explained by Schwartz as I can't give you the booklength argument here). And I do agree with Schwartz's analysis entirely and have twenty years of experience that falls in line with Schwartz's thesis. Once you read Schwartz, we can carry on our conversation (better by e-mail, not here). But his book is a VERY MUST read if you are an od practitioner, which I used to be, but not anymore for reasons he outlines.
