What Did You Say? The Art of Giving and Receiving Feedback

I hope this is not too much out of context of this forum

I am eager to source a copy of Charles' book. Amazon say it's out of print, and their sourcing service has so far not come up with anything. No library in New Zealand (where I live) has a copy.

Can anyone help e.g. by putting me in touch with a bookshop in their locality which still has a copy?
