Re: Individuals behaviour in organisations

In my opinion, the theories and management tools that we now use have largely been built upon studies of how people have behaved in organizations in the past. Looking at it this way, how people behaved in the past has been and is very helpful to us now.

However, I don't believe that anything is really to be gained by going back to the very beginning again.
