Dear Atul,
I feel it is not totally correct to say that learning is invalidation of the past. It is more a process of refinement and sometimes some of the learning has to be unlearnt. Unlearning cannot be totally equated with learning even in case of an organization!
I would rather say that learning is a process of refining and replacing your existing knowledge and wisdom with something which is more in tune with the time.
I have been involved in an experiment of reinventing bureucracy and has some interesting experiences to narrate. Would you like to share notes?
