Strong male egos in the indian context-a comparison with west

i am a management student with working experience and i want to discuss why( including myself) the indian male has such dificulty in acknowledging the womens presence and contribution a hindrance.Your insights would be valuable in comparing the patterns observed (in your countries)and their subsequent analysis.
