    Humiliation at work
Lia Ades · 6/15/99 at 5:15 pm ET

"What to do if your boss humiliates you in front of the others, saying you're not capable, you're not responsible, you're not intelligent...? Better: what's the best thing to do in this situation; what do you think is the right attitude to take?"
I'm a psychologist, and I study honor, shame and humiliation. I proposed the situation above for 60 people to discuss their positions and opinions, to imagine what would (and should) be their attitude when facing this kind of humiliation.

I wanted some comments, some ideas...What would you do if it happened to you? What to do in a situation like that? And in terms of law?

If there is some interest, we can discuss the results of my research!

    Thanks!
