Gavin Thanks for your reponse. I guess my main objective is to encourage IT people, who can be quite 'binary' in outlook when working with others (he's good, she's bad etc..) to think more about why people are different, leading to a more open state of mind as to the potential benefits of diversity in team working. I would like something that gives a balanced insight of a person, rather than a stereotype, so that teams can begin to understand complimentary strengths and weaknesses.
