NEWS! Charlie Seashore, New Facilitator Here

It's a great personal pleasure for me to welcome Charles Seashore, Ph.D. as the new facilitator of this OD discussion. Charlie was in charge of the NTL Institute Intern Program in 1964. I spent that remarkable summer in Bethel learning the basics of the art and science of laboratory education from him and other NTL pioneers. While I didn't become an OD practitioner, experiential learning and the NTL value system have greatly influenced most of my professional work through the years. For this I am grateful to Charlie and the other NTL "heretics."
