The most used methods for assessment -- it depends. For team development work the Meyers Briggs is I understand widley used. The best place to get an answer to this I guess would be to check on sales of varied assessment instruments from the companies which publish them or sell them. Either that or make inquiry to the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, NC. One could check with Drake Beam too. One test I have used is the I-Speak which is a short form of the Meyers Briggs. My work in companies began in the 1980s so I have a 20 year history in this field. When I was beginning the Rorschach was used by several people. Also the 3 Card Rorschach which is the Zulliger Ink Blot Technique has been used by some people -- its use has been more in Europe though. I have used the Rorschach in group administration for team development and have found very few people use it. I would like to promote this but most clinician I have mentioned this to see it as an old fashion test not worth using. With me though -- the group Rorschach used as an insight development tool during team building with managers and mission teams has yielded much positive results.
