Greetings to the group.I am a former clininical psychologist that got into organizational work about 8 years ago. My background includes activity-based learning approaches (including simulations and outdoor adventure approaches) as well as change management, planning, and leadership skills development and coaching. I am pleased to have found what appears to be a fertile and stimulating place to connect. I have a question related to some work I am doing with a couple of the multinational companies I am working with. Has anyone on the list done any work in helping select, support, or repatriate american workers? There appears to be a strong need for assistance in this area as research sources (e.g. IRG Group out of Austin) and my experience suggests a 40% failure rate and significant losses of employees upon return home. Anyone have experience with screening protocols or any wisdom to offer up? Thanks.
