Expatriate research

I'm an Ed.D. student at Seattle University completing dissertation work on the experiences of American expatriates in the areas of selection, training, overseas support while deployed and the repatriation experience. I would appreciate input or suggestions as to specific expatriate topics requiring emphasis and additional research. I'm also seeking additional references on the topic. An immediate need is to expand the list of expatriates included in my survey, I'd love to hear from anyone who's aware of an expatriate database I might query for inclusion in my study. Thank you!
