    Utilization
Avraham Cohen · 8/25/97 at 3:38 PM ET

    Hello Jeffrey,

I would be very interested to know more about utilization and your view of what it is and how it is used at this point in time. I am familiar with the principle. I am surprised that you say it is more important than empathy. I would think that empathy is an important piece of rapport and that it is a precursor to using the principle of utilization. Without establishin rapport, I wonder how it is possible to use the principle. I realize you did not say that rapport is not important. I guess what I am saying is that I believe it precedes utilization and so is, perhaps, more important.

I await your response with anticipation.

    In spirit,

    Avrham
