    hypnosis as intervention for dementia
Terry Moore · 6/25/98 at 5:35 PM ET

    Colleagues:

A fellow therapist asked me a question that stumped me; perhaps you can help. He wondered if I had any information about the use of hypnosis with clients with a diagnosis of dementia. It would not occur to me to do so, though neither of us have met the prospective client -- therefore I do not know what the fellow's spouse would hope to accomplish in the way of symptom intervention, etc. Any thoughts?
