There are probably more great opportunities beyond the 2 I will mention. You are quite right however, I used to conduct year-long trainings one weekend a month. Many of the individuals in those training are now nationally and internationally renown. That sort of training is not offered anymore. It is about time for organizers to try it again....
In the meanwhile, the Intensive training program at the Milton Erickson Foundation is in 3 parts basic, intermediate, and advanced. I person can come for 3 weeks and get that series and learn a great deal with good feedback. However, there are workshops by Zeig, Yapko, Gilligan, P & N Baretta, B.A. Erickson, and others from the Foundation faculty that are going to be suburb for someone in your position. The best thing you can also obtain after training is ongoing supervision. I offer that option in person or by phone with audio and video data supplements after training. Some other may also.
