How do you dissociate using hypnosis?
    C. Das · 02/16/04 at 9:53 ET

Sorry for asking this silly question. I have no idea of hypnosis, but I am asking this because hypnosis seems to be a good tool for dissociation.

When I teach my 17 months old son, I point to a picture of dog and say the word "dog". He learns - and after a few times when I just point to the picture he says "dog". Now, when I point to a picture of elephant he says "ganu" - which he has learnt wrongly from someone else. Can I teach him to forget this word so that when I will point to the picture he will not know what it is ( i.e. without reassociting the picture with the word "elephant"). Could you teach me how to do this hypnotically or nonhypnotically?

    Thanking you.
    Chayan Das.
